No. We deliberately eliminated logins, passwords, and checkout barriers. You interact directly with a human concierge who assists with color matching, order confirmation, and tracking.
Can I modify or add items after sending my WhatsApp message?
Yes. Until your parcel is handed over to the courier, you can easily add companion clutches, request extra chains, or change delivery addresses directly in our chat.

Which courier services do you use across Pakistan?
We partner exclusively with premium express tracked services including TCS Express, Leopards Courier, and Trax Logistics. Every parcel is insured and comes with a direct tracking link shared as soon as dispatch occurs.
What are the delivery timelines for major Pakistani cities?

3. Payment Methods & Security
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for all standard ready-to-ship orders nationwide across Pakistan up to PKR 30,000. You pay the courier delivery rider when your parcel arrives at your doorstep.
Which online and mobile payment options do you support?
We accept direct online bank transfers to our official accounts at Meezan Bank, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), Bank Alfalah, and Standard Chartered. We also gladly accept JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers.
Is an advance payment required for bespoke bridal orders?
Yes. Because bespoke pieces require dedicated artisan hours, custom foil tinting, and hand-embroidered personal initials, we request a 50% advance deposit to begin crafting, with the remaining balance settled before courier dispatch or upon COD.

How do I match my bag to my wedding lehenga?
Simply send photos of your dress fabric, embroidery swatches, or designer sketch to our stylists on WhatsApp. Our stylists analyze the color temperatures and recommend matching stone cuts and tassels.
How much time is required to craft a custom bridal bag?
Bespoke commissions typically take 10–14 working days from design sign-off to completion. For brides with tight wedding timelines, express rush orders can be arranged upon discussion with our concierge.
5. Heirloom Preservation & Care Guide
Kundan and moti pearls are noble, organic materials that react to environmental factors. Follow these four golden rules to ensure your clutch retains its radiant glow for decades:
Alcohol in perfumes, hairsprays, and sanitizers can degrade the microscopic gold foil and pearl luster. Always put on your bag after your fragrance has dried completely.
Never store your bag in plastic bags or exposed to sunlight. Store it inside the signature velvet-padded wooden box provided, ideally with the desiccant pouch intact.
After an evening of celebration, gently buff the stones and brass frame with a dry, lint-free microfiber jewelry cloth to remove ambient oils and moisture.
Kundan stones must never be washed with water or liquid cleaners. If needed, use a soft makeup brush to gently dust the crevices around the stones.
6. Transit Protection & Customer Satisfaction
What if my parcel is damaged during courier transit?
We pack every piece in multilayer shock-absorbent cushioning and rigid wooden outer boxes. However, in the rare event of transit damage, simply record a short unboxing video and send it to our WhatsApp hotline within 24 hours of delivery. We will immediately replace or restore your piece at zero additional cost.
What is your exchange policy?
If you wish to exchange an unused ready-to-ship piece for a different silhouette or colorway, notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Custom bespoke pieces crafted with personal initials are final sale, but covered by our lifetime repair guarantee.
